Shortcut Keys in Ms Word

Hi! Friends,
                                In this content we know, how to use keyboard shortcut keys in Ms-Word? There is so many shortcut keys are but the entire one we don’t need. Instead of that we must know some keys which are used frequently. The following ones are

Ctrl+A     -    Select All (to select all)












The above picture shows the typed text. After we press the shortcut key ctrl+A simultaneously it looks like these (See the picture below).














Then we may either use the selected text to cut, copy & delete  by pressing the following keys
Ctrl+C     -     Copy (To copy the selected text)
Ctrl+X     -     Cut (To Cut the selected text which may disappears)
Delete      -     Delete ( To delete the selected text, when we press the key Delete In keyboard)
Ctrl+D     -     Font Dialog box (This is used to change the font model, size, color, Underline style &                          effects) see the picture below one by one.
First you select the text and then press ctrl+d simultaneously then dialog box will open then first select the font model.












And then style, size and color (The font color is selected by pressing enter key). After that you may select the underline, underline color(It's also like the font color as I mentioned before) text effects by pressing space bar without the use of mouse.

Now we see alignment by using alignment keys.

Ctrl+L                                                            Left alignment
Ctrl+R                                                            Right alignment
Ctrl+E                                                            Center alignment
Ctrl+J                                                             Justify alignment




Formatting text is by pressing the below keys.

Ctrl+B                                                            Bold
Ctrl+I                                                             Italic
Ctrl+U                                                           Underline

Document working keys.

Ctrl+N                                                           New document
Ctrl+O                                                           Open document
Ctrl+W                                                          Close document (working doc. will close)
Ctrl+P                                                            Print document
Ctrl+S                                                            Save document
Ctrl+V                                                           Paste
Ctrl+Y                                                            Redo
Ctrl+Z                                                            Undo

Navigating document.

Ctrl+F                                                            Find dialog box (search a word are text in document)
Ctrl+H                                                           Replace dialog box
Ctrl+G                                                           Go to dialog box
